Ihre Aufgaben:
- Leitung des Unternehmens, Erreichen der Umsatz- und Ertragszahlen
- Sie entwickeln die Unternehmensstrategie weiter
- Sie optimieren die Betriebsabläufe
- Sie sind zuständig für die Führung der Mitarbeiter
- Sie etablieren ein Reklamations- und Qualitätsmanagement
- Sie steuern den Wareneinkauf

- Unternehmerische Führungspersönlichkeit
- Management von Wachsumtsprozessen
- Expertise in Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung

To lead the company’s operations, we are looking for a Managing director (f/m).
Tasks:
- Directing the company's ressources. Ensuring the retention of the required numbers to achieve the sales and earnings figures
- Developing and successfully implementing the corporate strategy
- Analyzing and optimizing the existing procedures and structures
- Building and maintaining a well-motivated, effective team
- Developing and maintaining quality management systems to ensure that the best possible products and services are provided to the customers
- Representing the company in negotiations with suppliers and other key contacts
Your profile:
- A proven record of proficiency in leadership, excellent communication and organizational skills, a high level of competence in analytical thinking and problem solving.
- A distinct ability to identify necessary changes and to skillfully implement them; familiarity with overseeing growth processes; expertise in human resources and organizational development.
- Having a “hands-on” attitude towards work, and genuine interest in tackling problems,
- A university degree; proficiency in English; basic knowledge of German; ideally, knowledge of a third language.
